Eligibility for Returns  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.  
  • Ensure that all tags, labels, and packaging are returned exactly as received.  
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.  
  • Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.   
     

How to Initiate a Return  

Submit a Request  

  • Email your return request along with the Order ID and reason for return to ecomewiseinnovationspvtltd001@gmail.com, ecomewiseinnovationsauthorized@gmail.com.  

Provide Supporting Images  

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, attach clear photos to speed up the return process.    

Follow Return Instructions  

  • Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions on completing the return.  

Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these guidelines.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

  • Returned items are inspected to ensure they meet our return criteria.  
  • You will be notified whether your refund is approved or declined.  
  • Approved refunds are processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.  

Partial Refunds  

  • If a returned item partially meets the return conditions (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products  

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
